Multi-Sectoral Programme on Violence Against Women
Awareness Campaigning Public awareness campaign is an on-going activity to achieve gradual change of attitude towards VAWC. Different booklets, brochures, publications, posters on project activities have been published and distributed. TV spots, radio spots and magazines on violence against women and children have been broadcast in Bangladesh Television and Bangladesh Betar. Advertisement regarding project activities are published in national dailies. Number of workshops, seminars and training on violence against women and children have been organized. Different programmes on the International Women’s Day, International Violence Prevention Day and also organized.
